  • The order is canceled before it leaves our premises for delivery.
  • The food delivered is not up to our quality standards, such as being improperly cooked, spoiled, or otherwise unsatisfactory.
  • General concerns about the quality or accuracy of your order may also be considered for refunds.
  • Refund Processing: Once your refund request is approved, the refund amount will be credited to your SST Bakery wallet within 24Hrs. This credit can be used for future purchases.

  • Delivery Time: Orders will take a minimum of 30 minutes to be delivered. However, delivery times may vary based on your location and other factors such as traffic and weather conditions.
